What is Exclusive Rewards?
Exclusive Rewards is the benefits program for members of Your Association, giving you access to discounts and offers from a range of retailers. It’s free to join and our way of saying ‘thank you’ for supporting Your Association.
Exclusive Rewards is powered by RewardBuy which means RewardBuy sources the offers and maintains the program on behalf of Your Association
How does it work?
Exclusive Rewards is free for members of Your Association. Once you have received information about your eligibility to join the program, you simply visit the site and register your details. You’ll be asked to enter a contact email address and choose a password, and may need to enter a member number to confirm your eligibility. Once registered, you can access discounts and offers at a wide range of retailers. Each will provide you with details on how to redeem the offer. You can also visit Exclusive Rewards to keep up to date with what’s happening at Your Association.

Do I have to shop online?
No. Whilst many of the offers are for discounts at online stores, we do also offer some in-store discounts. These offers are presented as printable vouchers or coupons which you can print and take in to the shop to receive a discount at the checkout. We also offer discounted gift cards which you purchase directly from the retailer at a reduced price, and these can be used in-store.
Do I have to pay for membership of Exclusive Rewards?
No, your membership is free because you are a member of Your Association. There are no fees or hidden costs or charges associated with your use of the program. We hope you enjoy this free benefit.
Do I have to download software to use Exclusive Rewards?
No, the program is accessed entirely online. All you need to do is register once and then log in to the Exclusive Rewards site.
Can my family and friends use Exclusive Rewards too?
Use of Exclusive Rewards is a special benefit of being a member of Your Association so it is not available to everyone. We cannot provide login details to anyone other than current members who are eligible for access.

The Offers
How do I save money using Exclusive Rewards?
If you are eligible for the program as a member of Your Association, simply register your details for access to the site. Once logged in you can find discounts and offers from your favourite retailers which will save you money on your next purchase. Most of the offers can be used instantly. The best way to save is to always check the Exclusive Rewards site before you buy anything online as you may find an unbeatable saving.

How do I take advantage of the offers?
On Exclusive Rewards you will find three main types of offer depending on the retailer. Where you see a ‘coupon code’, you redeem the offer by entering the code at the online checkout of the retailer’s website and the discount will be applied automatically. Where there is no code but just a link or ‘landing page’, all the prices you see on the website have been discounted. In some instances, we’ll give you a ‘printable voucher or coupon’ which you will need to print out and present at an actual store. The ‘printable coupon’ may include a barcode, QR code, or other mechanism to allow the store to verify your eligibility for a discount.
How much can I save with Exclusive Rewards?
How much you save is really up to you and depends on how often you use Exclusive Rewards and the type of purchases you make. Most of the offers take the form of a percentage discount, so even if the percentage is low but the purchase value is large (such as travel bookings, electronic purchases, etc.) the savings can really add up.
How do I search for offers?
Log in to Exclusive Rewards and you will see a search bar at the top of the page which allows you to search by retailer name or keyword. Just next to that is a full directory of categories so you can see all the offers in particular category. Alternatively, you can see all the offers, see just the ‘featured’ offers or search alphabetically using the options on the homepage.
How do you choose which retailers appear on Exclusive Rewards?
We try to include a good mix of offers on Exclusive Rewards to cater to a wide range of tastes. To be eligible for listing on Exclusive Rewards the retailer has to offer a genuine discount and we’re always on the lookout for great offers to add. As well as a discount we want to ensure you get a good shopping experience so if you have an issue with a retailer that they have failed to address, please let us know. Also, if you would like to suggest a retailer which you would like to see on Exclusive Rewards you can do so by Submitting an enquiry and we will do our best to follow it up.
How can I know when offers from new retailers are available?
The best way to keep up to date with new offers on the site is to regularly log into the site, and also keep an eye on the Exclusive Rewards Twitter feed and Facebook pages. You will also receive a regular newsletter with this information. If you prefer not to receive the newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time by following the details at the bottom of the email.
If I have a problem with the product I've ordered, who should I contact?
If you have a problem with the product you've ordered, please contact the retailer which you ordered it from. Exclusive Rewards simply provides the links to the retailer and is not involved in the transaction or delivery in any way, so it is best to go straight to the retailer.
How do I return a product I bought using a discount listed on Exclusive Rewards?
Please contact the retailer which you ordered the product from to find out about their return policy. Exclusive Rewards is not involved in the transaction or delivery in any way, so you will need to deal with the retailer directly.
Access
How do I register?
On the right hand side of the homepage, under the login form, you will see it says ‘Registration’. When you click ‘Register Now’, you will see a form that asks for a few details such as your name and email address and asks you to choose a password. You will also be required to enter your Membership Number. This is so that we can confirm you are eligible for access to the program as a member of Your Association.
How do I log in?
On the right hand side of the homepage you will see the heading ‘Login’ followed by fields for your username and your password. Your username is the email address you entered when you registered for the program. If this doesn’t work and you have definitely registered, please read the following FAQ.
I’m having problems logging in. What should I do?
If you can’t log in and you have definitely registered for the program, it may be that your username or password were entered incorrectly when you registered. If your password is incorrect, you can simply reset your password by clicking where it says ‘Forgot your password?’ (under the login form). You’ll be asked to enter your registered email address and details on how to get your new password will be sent to you.
If you try that and don’t receive instructions on resetting your password it may be that your username (which is also your contact email address) is unrecognised. In that case, it may be that your email address was entered incorrectly when you registered. If you think this may be the case, please give us a call or submit an enquiry so we can fix that for you. The other possibility is that you may have entered an alternate email address when you registered so if you do have more than one address it may be worth giving the other one(s) a try.
Also, for security reasons the system is designed to lock you out after a number of incorrect password attempts. In this case you can either reset your password or give us a call on 1300 939 193.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking where it says ‘Forgot your password?’ (under the login form). You’ll be asked to enter your registered email address and details on how to get your new password will be sent to you. For security reasons your details are encrypted so our staff can’t see your chosen password but if you give us a call we’ll ask you to verify your identity and can give you a new temporary password over the phone. Please don’t submit an enquiry for a password change as we don’t send password details in emails.
How long should my password be?
We require a minimum of 8 characters but the stronger the password the better. Using a combination of letters, number and symbols strengthens your password, and we highly recommend that you don’t use the same password as you do for the associated email address. We also recommend changing the password from time to time and keeping it secure by never writing it down or giving it to others.
My Account - Privacy & Security
How secure is the personal information I provide Exclusive Rewards?
Privacy and security is extremely important to Exclusive Rewards. All of our policies are laid out here and we ask you to read this information before joining the program. There are a couple of important points to note. Firstly, we don’t share or sell information on your individual shopping habits at all. We do collect aggregated information about usage of the site but this information cannot be used to identify individual users or their shopping behaviour. Secondly, we don’t hold any personal information (e.g. name, address, etc.) other than that which you have provided to us. This information is then held securely and confidentially. Again please refer to the policies for more on this, and if you have any queries, please contact us.
Will I receive junk mail or spam if I join Exclusive Rewards?
When you register to join Exclusive Rewards we ask for a working email address so that we can create your account, and so that, for example, you can securely reset your password. We know that most people join Exclusive Rewards because they want to make savings so we keep you informed of new offers by way of a monthly email newsletter. If you prefer not to receive the newsletter, simply unsubscribe using the details in the email.
How do I change my password, contact email address and other details?
Once you have logged into your account, click on My Account (in the top right hand corner). Here you can update your details including changing your password or email address. If you’re not logged in and need to reset your password, you can click ‘Forgot your password?’ under the login form and details of how to do that will be sent to you.
What if I am no longer a member of Your Association?
Unfortunately, if you are no longer a member of Your Association you will no longer be able to access the program as Exclusive Rewards is a benefit that is only available to members. In this case your account will be closed, and your personal information (username, password, etc.) will be securely removed from our records.
Can I close my account?
If for whatever reason you no longer want access to the range of great offers and discounts, you can of course, close your account. Please give us a call on 1300 939 193 or submit an enquiry giving your name and the email address you registered with and we will delete your account. You won’t be able to access the program after that. If you simply don't want to receive emails about Exclusive Rewards you can unsubscribe from email newsletters without having to close the account.
